Meet Dr. Dale Rellas, MD, CAQSM
- Board-certified Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Sports Medicine.
- 15+ years of experience across family, urgent, and sports medicine.
- Education: Notre Dame (Anthropology + Pre-Med), MD from UT Health San Antonio, residency at Poudre Valley Hospital, fellowship at O’Connor Hospital (Stanford-affiliated).

Meet Kendra Rellas, RN, BSN
- Labor & Delivery nurse with 10+ years of experience in Northern Colorado.
- Education: Denver School of Nursing (RN) and University of Colorado (BSN)

Dr. Rellas and Kendra have lived and worked in the Fort Collins community for more than 15 years. Together with their three daughters, they are proud to call Northern Colorado home.
