About DPC & Membership
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to their primary care provider. This eliminates insurance interference and allows for more personalized, accessible, and affordable care.
What’s included in my membership?
Your membership covers:
- Unlimited in-office and virtual visits
- Direct communication with your provider (text, call, email)
- Lifestyle and preventive care
- Minor procedures and chronic care
- Discounted labs, imaging, and potentially wholesale medications
- Personalized fitness and nutrition guidance

What if I rarely go to the doctor?
Even if you’re healthy, your membership includes preventive care, wellness visits, and support for unexpected needs. Think of it as peace of mind and convenient access when life happens.
Can I use insurance for your services?
No. We do not bill insurance. This allows us to provide transparent pricing and direct care without third-party limitations. Patients may still carry insurance for specialist care, labs/imaging, hospitalization, or emergencies.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay?
Yes. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds for membership fees, labs, medications, and supplements. We provide itemized invoices for reimbursement.

How do I contact my doctor?
You can text, call, or email your provider directly. For urgent issues, phone is preferred. For emergencies, always call 911.
